Sara Silva holds a BSc degree in Genetics and Biotechnology from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (completed in 2017). In november 2019, she concluded her MSc degree in Molecular Medicine and Oncology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto. Currently, she is a Scientific Research Fellow working on the project "Biomarkers for minimal residual disease" at the Cancer Drug Resistance group of the Institute of Molecular Pathology and Immunology of the University of Porto (IPATIMUP/I3S).
